Who we are

Introduction

Mthunzi Minds is a youth-led, community-based non-governmental organization promoting holistic well-being through two interconnected portfolios: Mental Health and Environmental Sustainability. We empower young people to thrive in safe, resilient and sustainable environments.

Vision: A Malawi where every young person enjoys mental wellness and a sustainable environment free from stigma, neglect, and inequity.


Mission: To foster mental well-being and environmental sustainability by creating safe spaces, building resilience, raising awareness, and implementing innovative youth-led initiatives that bridge mental health and environment.

Environmental Sustainability

Tree planting, waste management, climate-smart gardens and green spaces for wellbeing.
