🌳🌴 Today we planted trees....and hope.

Mthunzi Minds spent the day at Mgona Primary School with amazing learners aged 8–18, talking about mental health, asking for help, and why taking care of our environment also helps take care of our minds.

With 300 trees donated by C. Steinweg Bridge and support from Lilongwe City Council, students didn’t just listen, they participated, asked questions, sang, chanted, and planted trees with pride 🌱

One learner asked where they can go when they feel overwhelmed. Another shared why trees make them feel calm. Moments like these remind us why this work matters.
